These juices are clarified by ceramic filter of ultra-filtration (UF) and concentrated by means of low-temperature processes and the right technology. They are commercialized frozen at -18 ºC free from preservatives or they can be preserved by the addition of chemicals regulated by the Argentine Food Code in order to be manipulated at atmospheric temperatures.
This product is suitable for human ingestion and free of toxic substances, pathogenic germs and other materials that may cause health problems.
